Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purposes
Keep your account credentials secure
Provide accurate information when creating your account

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending
MailPilot is not responsible for any consequences arising from emails you send
The Service is a productivity tool and not a substitute for professional judgment
AI suggestions should not be used for legal, medical, or financial advice

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILPILOT AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from emails sent using the Service
Damages arising from AI-generated content
Service interruptions or errors

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided at our discretion
Prices may change with 30 days notice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the Service in a harmful manner.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
